Returns

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied we gladly accept most returns within 30 days of purchase.   

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging. Please note, we cannot  accept returns on personalized or custom orders. Returned item(s) must be accompanied by a proof of purchase or packing slip. 

To request a return, please contact us for instructions at info@johannesleather.com.  We will respond to your request as quickly as possible.

 

Refunds

If the above conditions have been met, you will receive a refund for the returned items. Your refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.  If you received this as a gift your return will be refunded to a gift card.

 

Shipping Returns

When returning your item(s) you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  When shipping an item back to us  you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
